Email is the fastest route. There is deliberately no contact form: a form means storing what you write, and for a correction or a question email does the same job without us holding anything of yours.
WorkPay Ireland is a trading name: behind it is one person, not a company with departments. There is no switchboard and no office hours, so email gets answered when it gets read.
If you have found a wrong figure
Include the page link, the figure you saw and the official source that says otherwise. Corrections to legal figures come before anything else.
Premium, billing and cancellation
You can cancel Premium yourself at the bottom of your dashboard — it stops the renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. To change your card or download an invoice, use the manage-subscription button on the same page, which opens Stripe's billing portal. If a payment went through but Premium did not activate, email us with the date and the email you paid with and we will sort it.
Privacy and your data
For anything about your data — what is stored, how to get a copy, or to have it deleted — email the same address with "privacy" in the subject. Saved payslip analyses can be deleted yourself, one at a time or all at once, from your dashboard.
What we cannot do
We cannot review your individual case, speak to your employer, or deal with Revenue for you. For that there is the Workplace Relations Commission, Citizens Information and, where it matters, an adviser or a solicitor.
